Menu Plan Monday 2/16

I know it’s Tuesday, but there was no time for blogging on Menu Plan Monday, so we’ll just pretend I posted this then.  OK?

Here’s what our menu looks like this week.  The Chicken Chow Mein and Baked Chicken Stew were carried over from last week.

  •  Monday: Casserole from the Freezer, Broccoli
  • Tuesday: Turkey Chowder, Homemade Rolls
  • Wednesday: Chicken Chow Mein, Egg Rolls
  • Thursday: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo w/ Broccoli, Garlic Bread
  • Friday: Baked Chicken Stew
  • Saturday and Sunday: Out of town
